Well, it's about that time...
We listed our house Monday at around noon... I would put in the realtor.com link but that site is always a bit behind the market so it probably won't be up for a week or so.

It's up on rt 31 in Jefferson (northern Holden)
We're selling it for 299,000
It is a white raised ranch with black shutters and 220 feet of 6' red cedar fence, doggie ready on about 1 acre of land (.98 acres) with a one car garage (part of the first floor)

The second floor (Main floor) is:
3 Bedrooms
Eat in Kitchen, Living room, Formal Dining room, full bath (stall and a half shower)
We've remodeled EVERY room on this floor, all new solid maple cabinets, undercabinet lights, tile flooring, new carpeting, moldings, paint, removed the worlds most hideous wallpaper, etc.

The first floor is:
1 Bedroom sized room but no closet,
1 office sized room, no closet
full size second eat in kitchen
laundry room and half bath
second living room

Overall it is a huge house, and we're priced well below what the market will bear right now, there is nothing in our zip code for anywhere close to this price per square foot, especially given the quality. The first floor/ basement is finished but doesn't count towards the sq footage, but it is great space... the garage has plenty of space for lawnmowers and such in addition to a car, but we've always had too many projects going on to use it for the car...

If you know anyone looking for a place let us know

you are totally allowed to hate me for my wrong thoughts
When I heard Terri Schaivo died I really didn't care, I didn't think it was a matter for the courts based on our government model, but then again majority rules, and if the masses want rules to tell them how to do everything include wipe their ass I guess I'll have to deal or move.

the bad part came later when I heard that they were arguing how to bury her... my first thought was with the feeding tube back in. Everyone finally gets what they wanted, right?

Some good information
I got this from my boss as spam, but kind of liked it...

1. The next time you order checks have only your initials (instead of first name) and last name put on them. If someone takes your checkbook, they will not know if you sign your checks with just your initials or your first name, but your bank will know how you sign your checks.

2. Do not sign the back of your credit cards. Instead, put "PHOTO ID REQUIRED".

3. When you are writing checks to pay on your credit card accounts, DO NOT put the! complete account number on the "For" line. Instead, just put the last four numbers. The credit card company knows the rest of the number, and anyone who might be handling your check as it passes through all the check processing channels won't have access to it.

4. Put your work phone # on your checks instead of your home phone. If you have a PO Box use that instead of your home address. If you do not have a PO Box, use your work address. Never have your SS# printed on your checks. (DUH!) You can add it if it is necessary. But if you have it printed, anyone can get it.

5. Place the contents of your wallet on a photocopy machine. Do both sides of each license, credit card, etc. You will know what you had in your wallet and all of the account numbers and phone numbers to call and cancel. Keep the photocopy in a safe place.

6.Also carry a photocopy of your passport when traveling either here or abroad.

We've all heard horror stories about fraud that's committed on us in stealing a name, address, Social Security number, credit cards. . But here's some critical information to limit the damage in case this happens to you or someone you know.

1. We have been told we should cancel our credit cards immediately. But the key is having the toll free numbers and your card numbers handy so you know whom to call. Keep those where you can find them.

2. File a police report immediately in the jurisdiction where your credit card! s, etc., were stolen. This proves to credit providers you were diligent, and this is a first step toward an investigation (if there ever is one). But here's what is perhaps most important of all

(3. Call the 3 national credit reporting organizations immediately to place a fraud alert on your name and Social Security number. The alert means any company that checks your credit knows your information was stolen, and they have to contact you by phone to authorize new credit.

Now, here are the numbers you always need to contact about your wallet, etc., has been stolen:

1.) Equifax: 1-800-525-6285

2.) Experian (formerly TRW): 1-888-397-3742

3.) Trans Union: 1-800-680-7289

4.) Social Security Administration (fraud line): 1-800-269-0271

Wedding BOOMIES!!!

My sister will NOT be in the wedding party. She will actually NOT be attending the wedding at all. She has some serious issues which we will not be able to resolve. Based on what she has said and done will not resolve for several years, but most likely I will probably not ever resolve things with her.

If I were the audience I would not question my resolve either. I've been fucked by family too many times to fall for/ believe the 'family first' bullshit anymore. In my 'world' you are only family as long as you act like family. If you stop acting like family then you obviously don't consider yourself family, and I am more than happy to oblige your mindset and cut you off.

Fortunately, I go the opposite way as well (not THAT way...). If someone acts and treats me like family then I will consider them to be family and treat them as such. It takes a while to get to that point, but it also takes something drastic and irrevocably and unequivocally evil to get cut out.

I'm okay with all this, and actually the wedding will probably, scratch that, definately be may more fun without the picky bitch there to fuck things up.

This is going to be great, with or without every member of my biological family. Heck, there are already several members not invited at all.

The good news though is that it frees up some space for others who would like to attend that I wasn't sure if they would want to or not, so if there is anyone who would like to go that hasn't recieved an invitation let me know and I'll see if we can accomodate a couple more. No gaurantees since we haven't even received all the invitations back yet and we may be over already and I just don't know it.

Generic Update

We picked up our puppy this weekend, she's 10.5 pounds of clumsy brown cuteness. I'd post a couple of pictures, but I'm not sure of a convenient way to do that, so you'll just have to come and see her sometime. However, if you want to see a small puppy it had better be soon, the Vet said she should grow between 1/2 to 1 full pound a day for the next three weeks (eeek!). So far she's been extremely well behaved, things are going way better than I thought they would be.

My diet is going well for the wedding, using weight watchers this time, and trying to make sure I do something physical every day. No time for anything more involved with everything going on. So far (the past 4 weeks or so) I'm down almost 15 lbs, and I feel a lot better running around and such. I'd say my main goal is to get rid of my 'waddle' or 'jowls'(yuck!).

Wedding plans are going well. We've got the time and date, location, photographer, DJ service, florist, cake maker/baker, as well as several decorations and favors. Yet to do is pick the dress, dresses, colors, suits, and adjust the rest of the theme/decorations to match. We also need to find a JP who we like to plan the ceremony and some of the service with, that part is going to be painful (I think).

The rental properties keep almost every other minute busy, always need this or that done to keep them in shape. Between them and our own house we keep the lights on at Lowes and Home Depot. Oh, and as a side note, Fitchburg trash collection can take a big suck of my cock, I really really hate the motherfuckers. One of these weeks they'll be making a second trip to pick up the remains of the first crew scattered in barrels throughout the city, without bags, so nyah!

Think thats about it to keep everyone up to date...

ok, so Indian motorcycle company is officially dead now, there was some hope for a little while of an employee buyout or that kind of thing, but alas it was not to be

This only matters since I've always wanted an Indian, since I was a little kid and the neighbor was working on his old military one. Now I'm left to find new rides to lust after, and the options are far too expensive for me right now.

My current line of thought is a Titan, out of Arizona. Something not too crazy looking in a soft tail would be nice. However, I'm open to (hopefully cheaper) suggestions. I would like my next bike to be an US built one, but that may not be feasible if I want to get one anytime soon (IE, within the next couple of years). If I wind up going foreign I'll just stay in the 5-8k range and find the best I can, but I like having a dream bike in mind, despite the 40k plus pricetag.

any useful thoughts would be appreciated from the two wheeled wonders out there (Mr. Hawkings, I'll understand if you skip this one)

So it's official and all that kind of stuff now, we are getting a chocolate labrador retriever sometime around the end of June from ***turn sound off first*** up in Maine. They do have some pictures of the mom and dad there (Annie and Magic) as well some of the puppies with Annie.

and... in order to keep the little cutie all safe and such (well, as good as we can) we are getting a fence put in from a CT company that bid out the job for half as much as all the local ass wipes. $7875 for a 266 ft fence, 4ft privacy w/ 2 ft lattice on top. The next closest bid was 13,500, ouch.

Any and all help or suggestions are greatly appreciated. We're really excited about this, but also really nervous about fucking up training the puppy. We'd like to have a happy well adjusted dog, we don't want to make a fearful furry robot. I'm not pessimistic, just apprehensive and concerned. At least the dog will be smarter than me so it won't be too hard to train.

A cardiologist died and was given an elaborate funeral.
A huge heart covered in flowers stood behind the casket during the service. Following the eulogy, the heart opened, and the casket rolled inside. The heart then closed, sealing the doctor in the beautiful heart forever.
At that point, one of the mourners burst into laughter. When all eyes stared at him, he said, "I'm sorry, I was just thinking of my own>funeral . . . I'm a gynecologist."
That's when the proctologist fainted

So while watching TV over the weekend I saw a commercial for the new "Day of the Dead" film coming out. Just after that some nut job talking about "The Passion of Christ" came on.

Now while thinking about the matter, it came to me that since the 'Passion' movie came out on Ash Wednesday, the sequel should come out on Easter. The sequel of course would be Christ rising from his grave. If you don't get where I'm going with this by now than you don't know me very well....

So, I propose that we have George Romero direct the new smash hit "Christ Has Risen" to be released on Easter Sunday next year. George has demonstrated a spectacular ability to portray the newly risen on the big screen. I can picture the heart-breaking image of Christ rising from his grave and 'recruiting' his first new worshipers. Those that drink of his blood also come to follow him. 28 Days later he has an immense following which is infecting all of middle earth... I mean, spreading through the middle east.

I would actually like to see the entire bible as directed/produced by George Romero, Wes Craven, and the management of Fangoria magazine. The trailers/ tag lines would be something like "The Old Testament, before forgiveness!!"

This is kind of rambling in my head and making me extremely giggly, OMG, I just gave myself hiccups laughing... this is so wrong, hopefully my electricity immunity will save me

Motorcycle For Sale:
last chance everybody, I got some replies via email, and some via livejournal, but no real follow up from anyone.

I can give it to a dealer, no hassls, for 3500.

NADA at the dealership says 4300, with 12000 estimated miles, and mine only has a little over 6000

If I hold out till nicer weather I can probably get 4500 or more, but I really could use the money now, not then, since I am starting a home buying exercise march 1st, and want everything to be cleared before then.

So, $4,000 gets you a 2002 Honda Shadow 750 ACE, ~6000 miles, handsome black and red two tone paint job. I've added engine guards, but put two scratches on it... oops!, never dropped, always sheltered. So far I've warmed it up every other week for about an hour just to keep it in good shape over the winter, runs excellent. I've also put some stabil in the fuel at the start of the season, just in case.

please respond to my email: yuehrmah@hotmail.com

Thanks again,

while emptying the salt water iron exchange system last night I managed to give my phone a bath in the highly conductive salt solution... oops!, stupid breast pocket, so mockingly convenient, so dangerously open topped when bending over (that sounds kinky)

so if anyone has any good replacement ideas, please let me know, also, if anyone wants the old battery let me know, it should be fine, but the rest of the phone is super-fucked, damn

the only palm/phone combo on verizon's site is the samsung pocket pc, which I am not familiar with, but might be ok, just a little expensive, although I do get 25% off of everything from them.

Thanks again,
